Overview
As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue, working closely with the owner to drive performance, culture and guest experience. You will lead from the front, set standards, and ensure all departments operate seamlessly while maintaining compliance and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Full operational management across all departments
* Recruiting, training and developing a strong leadership team
* Driving revenue, controlling costs and achieving KPIs
* Overseeing compliance, gaming operations and reporting
* Leading service standards and customer experience
* Managing functions, events and peak trade periods
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
* Strong background across restaurant, bar, gaming and functions
* A hands-on leadership style with a passion for team development
* Solid commercial acumen and understanding of P&L performance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
