Key Responsibilities
* Lead the management of service contracts for operational suppliers, providing regular status reports on service delivery.
* Establish effective governance and management of these services, ensuring compliance with agreed performance metrics.
* Oversee the maintenance of global infrastructure services within agreed performance metrics, including servers, storage, network, end-user devices, and related technologies.
* Support regionally located services by applying standard practices for networks, telecommunications, and end-user computing.
* Manage and continuously improve operational service delivery through a combination of internal teams and third-party providers.
* Provide rapid and proactive support for VIP services as required.
* Collaborate with the managed service provider to maintain and optimize infrastructure delivery in line with ITIL practices.
Requirements
* Proven experience leading technology operations teams and services.
* Strong background in standardizing practices across sites for efficiency and scale.
* Deep understanding of IT service management and governance, including ITIL principles.
* Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance frameworks.
* Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering concurrent projects.
* Confident in managing business change and engaging stakeholders across levels.
* Broad exposure to enterprise infrastructure and applications.
* Collaborative approach to working with architecture on standards and lifecycle planning.
* Adhere to compliance with the Management System and Delegation of Authority.
* Experience working in or alongside disciplines such as supply chain, telecommunications, or business operations.
* Familiarity with vendor management frameworks in large, complex environments.
* Exposure to operating within large-scale transformational programs.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in an IS/IT technical area.
