We are seeking few passionate and driven Farm Hands/Production Workers to join our team in Bundaberg (QLD).
Position: Farm Hand, Production Workers
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
* Previous farm experience and production/warehouse is an advantage.
* Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
* Immediate availability to start work.
* Willing to stay for the whole harvest period.
* Evidence of work rights.
* Chemical Certification will be advantageous.
* Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
* Knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery is beneficial.
* Mechanically inclined, good with tools and machinery.
* Comfortable using modern technology such as smartphones.
* Current Driver's License and transport.
* Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
* Awareness and ability to adhere to WHS requirements.
* Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets. Including weekends and public holidays.

You might be required to manually lift weights up to 16 kg.
Due to the high physical demands of these positions and regular periods of hot weather, workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated.
