Responsibilities include working with families, coordinating with medical and nursing teams, assessment, management, and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents with various medical conditions. The role involves managing complex feeding issues, conducting Video Fluoroscopic Swallow Studies, providing SOS groups, and supporting clients with neurological communication difficulties. Additionally, the role involves hosting and supervising students, managing placements, and liaising with universities. Qualifications: Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology, eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership, extensive postgraduate clinical experience (Level 2 or above), current NSW driver’s license (P2 acceptable). Experience in managing complex paediatric caseloads, feeding difficulties, and clinical supervision is required.
