Weighbridge/Sample Stand Coordinator

We're currently seeking full time, permanent Weighbridge/Sample Stand Coordinator for our Ballarat (BWEZ) site with an immediate start.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver for clients and growers. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your day-to-day will include:
* Running our weighbridge smoothly and safely — following the rules and getting the details right
* Managing grain load bookings and working directly with our clients and growers (you'll be the friendly first point of contact
* Creating tickets, invoices, and monthly statements
* Keeping our purchase and sales contract data up to date
* Working with truck drivers and handling their queries like a pro
* Maintain Office / Plant cleanliness
* Operating plant intake and out turn systems
* Assisting with site bunker and silo hygiene compliance
* Manage and maintain site records (grain hygiene, OH&S)
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who's organised, great with people, and not afraid to get stuck in. You'll ideally have:
* Some hands-on experience with grain sampling and related tech
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Minimum of two years' experience working with grain
* Ability to work in team environment
* Ideally if you have the following and/or experience
* Previous grain industry experience
