Job OverviewThe Internal Translator is responsible for linguistically and culturally interpreting written material while preserving the structure and style of the original text. The role demands accurate translation of terminology, concepts, and data, ensuring the content remains faithful to the source material.
Key duties include researching industry‐specific terminology, building and maintaining glossaries, Translation Memories, and Style Guides, and identifying gaps in instructions or external issues that could affect client commitments. The translator will also proofread translated texts for terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy, collaborating closely with the IQVIA Translations Services team.
Qualifications• Fluency in English and Korean, with the ability to translate between the two languages.
• Strong research skills for industry‐specific terminology.
• Excellent commitment to quality and accuracy, with outstanding problem‐solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and manage deadlines.
