This position will be responsible for supporting the requirements of the General Manager Field Services, their leadership team and wider team. This role is self-motivating and comes with a broad range of operational business logístical accountabilities and activities of a confidential nature
A bit about your role
You will have a large focus on supporting and in some cases managing project
- based activities, acting as the liaison point between the regions and the learning teams. Responsible for managing the training requirements for each field service region team member and ensure the correct and in date training is scheduled and completed for all positions within the field region teams
This role will also require the ability to develop new processes and improve existing processes and knowledge of all Microsoft office products. You will also have strong editorial and proof-reading skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you will proactively anticipate the needs of the respective General Manager and develop a sound understanding of the business operational environment and strategy, which will allow you to effectively manage day-to-day interactions, including the needs of the broader region across support, procurement, supply, and training.
We are looking for a quick learner and a great team player, who will have strong project management skills who can work as a member of a collaborative team.
