This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity based in Welshpool and is paying up to $70k + super (depending on experience).
Your new role
As the Project Assistant, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the project team. You will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
* Preparing monthly project reports, forecasts and status updates
* Assisting with progress claims, invoicing and contract documentation
* Maintaining accurate project records, filing systems and databases (electronic and hard copy)
* Issuing drawings and project documents to clients, subcontractors and suppliers via Aconex, Procore and Fusion
* Coordinating procurement tasks, project schedules and tracking multiple job deadlines
* Supporting Project Managers and site teams with general administrative requirements
* Assisting with HSEQ compliance, including safety documentation, reporting and quality processes
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar administrative or project‑support role and your proactive, performance‑driven approach will lead you to success. You will also bring:
* High level of MS Office capability and general computer literacy
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across all levels
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
