Location: Pakenham VIC
* Day to day Subway operation
* Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
* Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
* Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
* Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
* Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
* Discuss business strategy with the head office and undertake budgeting for the store
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
* Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.
SALARY
Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 + 12% Super) or Part-time equivalent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)
* Positive, energetic and hardworking
* Good customer service skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Flexibility with working hrs (note: at least 1-morning shift, 1-night shift and 1-weekend shift is a must)
* Team building ability
* Ability to work under pressure
