Overview
Reporting directly to the Managers our administrative assistant's main duty is to provide administrative assistance to the management team. The role requires the administrative assistant to ensure all areas regarding reception, administration and clients service delivery are effectively organised. Within their role, they must demonstrate high levels of customer service accordingly.
Responsibilities
* Communicating/reporting to head office.
* Meeting participants for onboarding and case notes.
* Managing roasters, updating schedule of support and file documents.
* Work Health & Safety, including participation in the risk management program and ensuring a clean, secure work workplace.
* Communications, including interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a customer‐centric and productive manner.
* A show of understanding about NDIS, dealing with clients and support workers when necessary.
