THE OPPORTUNITY
As we continue our transformation journey and expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're excited to offer an opportunity to join our Buying team as a Buying Assistant, supporting the Wellness and Lifestyle categories – including Baby Health, Bath & Potty, Consumables, Gift, Home Safety, Nappies and Babywear.
This is a fantastic role for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for product, and the drive to support end-to-end buying processes that help us deliver on our customer-first promise. You'll work alongside a passionate team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help bring our product ranges to life.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Managing product registration and product maintenance across internal systems
* Supporting the Buyer with range planners, new line order trackers and promotional activity
* Coordinating administrative tasks including store bulletins, PO tracking, and supplier communication
* Assisting with catalogue development, marketing briefs, and managing photography assets
* Organising and maintaining samples for presentations, photography, and our sample room
* Uploading promotional pricing and assisting with price and promo accuracy in systems
* Developing product knowledge to provide support to both internal teams and external suppliers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, can-do mindset
* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A genuine passion for Baby Bunting and an interest in growing your career in buying
