* Support Participants to engage within the community
* Assist personal development and endorse positive behaviour plans
* Take part in household tasks, meal prep, tidying, basic cleaning
Key responsibilities include:
Duties
1. Undertaking personal cares including showering, toileting, and dressing for all participants
2. Manual handling of hoist transfers, slide sheets, and wheelchairs
3. Supporting mealtime management plans (MTMP)
4. Supporting participants with epilepsy and complex needs
5. Adhering to relevant industry legislation and standards
6. Working within our Policies and Procedures to ensure best practice
