Water Safety Specialist

As a Water Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
* Working effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and healthy environment within our facilities
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, customers and stakeholders
* Identifying and addressing potential risks and hazards within our facilities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong commitment to customer service excellence
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
* National Police Check
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
