About the Role
As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing and repairing mobile devices at various locations. You'll work independently, utilizing your technical skills and expertise to troubleshoot malfunctions, replace damaged parts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
With a focus on efficiency and quality, you will be responsible for managing your daily schedule effectively, maintaining inventory of repair parts, and keeping detailed records of all repairs performed. Key Responsibilities
* Device Diagnosis & Repairs – Assess and repair various mobile devices including smartphones and tablets, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard.
* Customer Interaction – Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, provide updates, and offer guidance on device care.
* Inventory Management – Maintain adequate inventory levels of repair parts and tools necessary for effective and timely repairs.
* Documentation – Keep accurate records of repairs, customer interactions, and parts inventory to support business operations.
* Travel – Travel to various customer locations as needed to perform repairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Technical Proficiency – Strong understanding of mobile device technology, components, and repair techniques.
* Experience – Proven experience in mobile repairs or a related field, with expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
* Problem-Solving Skills – Excellent ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective repair solutions.
* Customer Service Skills – Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, capable of explaining technical information in an accessible manner.
* Flexibility & Mobility – Willingness to travel to customer locations and manage a flexible work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
