Parts Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead our dynamic Parts department.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Promoting a safety-first culture, maintaining a Zero Harm environment;
* Actively providing coaching, mentoring and support to a team of Parts Interpreters and Warehouse staff;
* Overseeing inventory management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
* Proactively building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service in a retail-driven environment;
* Overseeing department financials and driving business performance;
* Collaborating with Service and Sales departments to effectively manage customer relationships;
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in Parts leadership within a truck or car dealership, or retail environment;
* Demonstrated experience in managing/ supervising and coaching team members;
* Experience in developing plans or strategies to improve performance and deliver quality customer service;
* Collaborative and solution driven work ethic, and the ability to influence/ maintain a positive working culture;
