About Your Role
Reporting to the Grinders State Sales Manager, you will ensure customers receive the right level of service to unlock their full Hot Beverage potential. You will work closely with your team and the CCEP community to meet the Grinders strategy and business objectives. As a Territory Manager you are accountable for all coffee business in your territory, owning your business and delivering growth opportunities for high‐value coffee customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships, service, trust and mutually profitable growth opportunities through agreed sales call plans that balance customer and Grinders business needs.
- Understand how Grinders coffee makes money down to EBIT and be aware of impact within the territory.
- Apply, articulate and model sustainable commercial partnerships on any existing and new business opportunities.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with local CCEP counterparts to expand new business reach, lead generation and/or customer stakeholders.
- Maximise every interaction with the customer base.
- Confidently demonstrate and articulate the Grinders coffee portfolio, equipment, merchandising and quality standards to customers, ensuring alignment and commitment from key decision makers.
- Identify risks and opportunities to the success of the territory plan.
- Seek feedback on own strengths and development areas; be aware of your impact and how you relate with others.
