Job Opportunity in Aged Care
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Aged Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents and make a real difference in their lives.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also require a strong understanding of aged care principles and practices, as well as a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
* AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse is essential.
* Experience working in aged care or a related field is highly desirable.
