Emmaus College is a co-educational Catholic College in the heart of Rockhampton. The College offers a tailored journey designed to support students at pivotal points in their young lives. Your Role

Emmaus College school is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Officer (Student Reception & WHS Assistant). This is a term-time position for 38 hours per week commencing as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The Administration Officer (Student Reception & WHS Assistant) ensures a professional and welcoming environment for students, providing administrative support to the College alongside First Aid and WHS duties.

About you

The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous. First Aid and Workplace Health and Safety experience would be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements

* A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
