About the role
Join ARRCS Katherine Home Care as our Home, Grounds and Maintenance Officer. This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, traveling to clients' homes to provide gardening, maintenance, and repair services as outlined in their care plans.
Ideal candidates will have a trade background and relevant certification. The role requires independence, self-motivation, strong customer service skills, and respect for clients' homes. A work vehicle and necessary tools are provided.

Skills & experience
* Trade experience and qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in manual labor, gardening, or maintenance roles
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Proactive work ethic and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel
* Respectful and considerate when working with elderly clients
