We're seeking a motivated and organised Administration Coordinator to support our Toyota and Isuzu UTE dealership in Muswellbrook.
Wideland Group is a privately owned and proudly regional business, employing over 200 people across New South Wales and Queensland. With seven multi-franchise dealerships, we support the automotive, truck, agricultural and construction industries, representing leading global brands.
About the Role:
This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Sales and Service teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
· Collaborate with the Administration team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, including managing the vehicle registration process.
· Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
· Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused approach.
· Monitor dealership customer feedback and take action to drive continuous improvement.
· Manage your workload with initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business outcomes.
About You:
· Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
· Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
· Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and manage a varied workload to a high standard.
· Skilled in building rapport and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
· Highly attentive to detail and committed to quality in every task.
