Enterprise Risk Analyst Position
This role focuses on managing and mitigating risk-related incidents across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
The contract position is available for a duration of 4-6 months and can be worked from home or in Melbourne or Sydney.
Responsibilities:
* Record and assess risk-related incidents using established frameworks and guidelines.
* Conduct thorough impact analyses and support timely resolution of risk incidents.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete incident information.
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to enhance data quality and incident detail.
* Manage third-party providers to deliver actionable incident information.
* Work closely with business units and the Group Risk Incident Manager to address potential and actual reportable risk matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in risk analysis and remediation, preferably in superannuation and/or insurance claims domain.
* In-depth understanding of superannuation industry processes, particularly insurance within super funds.
* Familiarity with SIS Act and SIS Regulations relevant to member remediation and incident handling.
* Experience in managing third-party providers and holding them accountable for service performance.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
