About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team in Adelaide.
This is a fixed term, full-time position working on a rotation between 6am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and a half day every second Saturday.
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring safety, health and environmental standards are maintained.
* Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone
* Answer an excess of 100 customer calls professionally and efficiently
* Process customer orders and quotes
* Assist the allocation team to achieve delivery excellence
