Job Description
Manage and optimise network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
Identify and troubleshoot network issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive data.
Collaborate with the technology team to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
Monitor network performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all network-related activities.
Provide technical support to resolve connectivity issues for internal and external users.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues efficiently.
Proficiency in implementing and maintaining network security measures.
Ability to work collaboratively within a technology-focused environment.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
A degree or certification in a relevant field is advantageous.
