About the role:
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator for Brandt, you will be essential to continue the momentum of our dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Debtor Collection and Management
* Debtor Credit Application
* Daily Bank Reconciliation
* Contact customers re overdue accounts and arrange payment including resolving issues to enable payment.
* Maintain the Accounts Receivable database.
* Educate and train branch staff on accounts receivable policies and processes.
* Support other office administrative operations.
About you:
* Must have proven accounts receivable experience.
* A quick learner with superb administration skills and high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication with the ability to negotiate.
* Organisation and Time Management skills to meet deadlines.
* Professional attitude with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Team player willing to go the extra mile for others.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results.
