You’ll work directly with talent and ICMI’s network of Managing Consultants to ensure high-impact individuals are effectively positioned, represented, and booked.You’ll also take ownership of redefining the ICMI Exclusive Talent Program — a high-touch, curated experience for our top-tier speakers — and play an active role in scouting and onboarding new talent at events, showcases, and activations across Australia.This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of speaker and talent engagement in a supportive, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities Talent Relationship ManagementManage, nurture, and grow relationships with a wide range of talentProvide ongoing support, updates, and insights around client needs and opportunitiesAct as a trusted contact point between talent, consultants, and the ICMI brandEnsure high-touch care, particularly with exclusive or high-performing talentRepresent ICMI professionally at showcases, events, and meetingsReceive performance-based rewards for talent you introduce who go on to be bookedManaging Consultant SupportCollaborate closely with ICMI’s Managing Consultants to help them promote and pitch talent confidentlyOffer onboarding guidance, tools, and informal coaching to enhance consultant-talent interactionsKeep consultants informed on market trends, talent updates, and client needsPromotion, Marketing & Sales EnablementCreate or coordinate strong marketing collateral (bios, speaking profiles, pitch decks)Work alongside the RS Digital team to drive campaign visibility and audience alignmentDevelop positioning materials and initiatives to increase talent exposureEnsure content is consistent, current, and market-readyBusiness Development SupportSupport tailored proposals and pitching efforts with the consultant teamMonitor trends and help shape booking strategies aligned to client demandReceive additional incentive if you bring new clients who go on to make bookingsTalent Scouting & AcquisitionAttend industry events and activations across Australia to scout emerging talentOnboard talent across diverse categories aligned to client and market needsCurate a strong, well-rounded portfolio that reflects the evolving speaker marketCo-lead state-based talent showcases with Jakki Govan and the wider ICMI teamWho You AreBackground in talent, events, entertainment, media, PR, or communicationsComfortable working with talent, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholdersConfident communicator with a flair for storytelling and profile buildingCommercially aware and client-focusedStrong organiser with excellent attention to detailComfortable using tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, or content platformsOpen and willing to travel interstate regularlyWhy Join ICMIYou’ll be joining a business with strong foundations and a clear direction for the future.
