What You'll Do
* Deliver exceptional Level 2 IT support, resolving technical issues quickly and professionally.
* Handle hardware, software, and application troubleshooting for end-users.
* Manage user access rights, permissions, and system setups.
* Document all actions in our service desk system for seamless case handling.
* Collaborate with a team of technicians to share knowledge and improve processes.
* Provide onsite support when required.

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in IT support (Level 2 preferred).
* Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential for onsite visits).
* Experience with HaloPSA and NinjaRMM
* IT certifications or a related qualification are a bonus.
