**Executive Sous Chef Job Description**
This role involves working at a world-renowned resort, overseeing kitchen operations and leading a team of up to 40 employees.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing high-quality food and ensuring consistency across the menu;
* Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing ones;
* Providing training and development opportunities for staff members;
* Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to relevant workplace health and safety requirements;
* Analyzing departmental costs and implementing strategies to meet financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience in middle to upper-level management within a large hotel or resort. A current WA motor vehicle driver's license is also essential. We offer a competitive salary, on-site accommodation, relocation assistance (conditions apply), and other resort discounts.
