About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through safe and efficient delivery of groceries to customers' homes.
This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to providing excellent service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely navigate local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders during the day or night
* Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
* The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
* Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
