Job Title: Coordinator Business Operations
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator Business Operations to join our Operations Unit on a permanent full-time basis.
This key leadership role will provide leadership and advice to a team of office administrators and schedulers to support the broader Operations team in the delivery of key services to the Community.
About the Role
* Lead the business support team to develop, implement, and maintain work schedules and customer requests to support the Operations department in consistently demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Provide leadership and advice to a team of office administrators and schedulers to achieve best outcomes.
* Develop and implement works programs utilizing computer systems.
* Motivate and foster a positive work environment where individual staff thrive.
* Deliver high-quality customer service outcomes and ensure timely delivery of projects.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in business or asset management and/or lesser formal qualifications with extensive and diverse experience in a related discipline.
* Knowledge of Road Management Act and Council's Road and Tree Management Plan.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, financial management, and budget management.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
