Now, as we enter an exciting phase of growth and expansion into recent sectors, we’re looking for a seasoned agency recruiter and team leader to join our vibrant team in a pivotal leadership role.
The Role
As Recruitment Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations while partnering with the GM to shape and deliver strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & People Development : Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of Recruitment Consultants – providing guidance, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their best.
- Business Development : Drive growth in our permanent recruitment division by winning new business, developing client accounts, and placing permanent roles.
- Client Management : Build new business and manage key client relationships to ensure exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term retention.
- Own Your Desk : Run your own permanent desk end-to-end – from BD through to candidate care and placement.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure services are delivered to the highest standard, meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Team Growth : Recruit, onboard, and develop new consultants to support our expansion strategy.
- Culture Champion : Foster a motivated, high-energy team environment where success, purpose, and fun go hand-in-hand.
What You’ll Bring

- Experienced : A proven recruiter and team leader with a strong track record of building successful desks and high-performing teams in a recruitment agency setting.
- Strategic & Hands-On : Able to balance leading the team with managing your own desk, while shaping growth strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Client-Driven : Passionate about delivering top-quality outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
- Autonomous & Structured : Comfortable leading remotely, keeping yourself and your team accountable, motivated, and productive.
- Growth-Minded : Excited by the challenge of scaling a business and playing a pivotal role in its long-term success.
