DSW Sales Representative.
We have a position available for a sales representative at DSW, to work with existing customers maintaining our high level of customer service while also gaining new businesses to service.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, some hospitality / sales experience is preferred but not essential.Must be profiecient with Microsoft and systems. This is a fast paced and driven position, maintaining relationships with our valued customers and bringing on new customer accounts. Your work week will be Monday to Friday.

Tasks
* Maintain sales.
* Maintain client database and records.
* Consult with DSW team on all client feedback and changes within their business.
* Attend weekly meetings with Manager.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
* Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry.
* Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers.
* Receive feedback and be open to resolve issues.
* Assist with determining schedule for pricing, quotes and promotions.
* Pursue new business opportunities within the business parameters.
* Place, code and follow up with customer buy in products.
* Chemical advise and servicing of equipment, as per training from our chemical suppliers.
* Understand and learn about products or services to assist our customers with exceptional service.
Additional Tasks
* Follow up customer queries from messages and assist customer pickups.
* Delivery of customers' orders
* Annual leave Cover all areas of the warehouse and office.
* Maintain vehicle clean inside and out.
* Warehouse orders place and occassionaly pick
* Assist with organising the delivery runs and loading of vans on a daily basis.
