* Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate appointments.
* Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and positivity.
* Build rapport with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and supporting daily clinical workflows. You will also maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with invoicing, referrals, reports, and general office tasks, and support the team with problem-solving and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* A High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Allied Health Qualification Preferred.
* 1-2 Years Experience in Customer Service and/or Allied Health.
