Job Title: Chemical Sales Operations Coordinator
As a Chemical Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the regional sales efforts by handling administrative and sales support tasks. This includes overseeing and processing spot freight rate requests, coordinating internal approvals and documentation for rate offers, and ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on all offers.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating regional quotation dashboards and monthly KPIs, providing administrative support for bid platforms when Tender Management is not involved, and ensuring alignment with compliance/legal guidelines for bid responses.
Additionally, you will extract and consolidate reports from internal tools as required, maintain clean and up-to-date data to support regional sales performance tracking, and upload customer contracts and related documents into the legal system and work with sales reps to bring contracts to a close.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems are highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in administrative tasks and documentation are essential.
