Through continuous market research and industry foresight, we refine our approach to deliver exceptional community living spaces that evolve with residents' needs.Experience, Skills and KnowledgeMinimum 3-5 years' experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing ManagerAbility to work autonomously and manage your own tasksKnowledge of social media and marketing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and InstagramBasic knowledge using website platforms such as: Wordpress, Squarespace, Duda etcStrong copywriting + written and verbal communication skillsDesign experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similarMotivated self-starter with a positive attitude willing to do ongoing research to improve marketing efforts and campaignsKey Responsibilities:Website Updates & Copywriting: Handling all non-digital marketing website updates on Duda, including but not limited to:Text updates: Editing and adding content to the website.Image updates: Replacing or adding new images.Project updates: Posting new projects, case studies, and other key updates to the site.Blog uploads: Uploading new blog posts, ensuring they are formatted correctly, and optimised for SEOWriting regular blogs and copy for print and digital mediaDigital Marketing and design: Managing all traditional marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:Print media: Designing and coordinating printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.Signage: Designing, producing, and installing signage for offices, properties, and other locations.

(External designer on hand)Social Media management: overseeing and approving social media marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (paid and organic)Marketing Budgets: Oversight and management of marketing budgets, including:Allocating funds for various marketing activities (digital and traditional).Tracking expenses to ensure the budget is adhered to.Reporting on budget usage and financial performance related to marketing activities.Making recommendations for adjusting the budget based on marketing performance.Market ResearchMarket Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.Consumer Insights: Gather and analyse customer data to understand preferences, needs, and purchasing patterns, helping shape marketing strategies.Competitor Research: Monitor competitor activities, campaigns, and positioning to develop strategies that differentiate the brand.Liaising with External Contractors: Managing relationships with external contractors and service providers, including:HubSpot: Overseeing the integration of HubSpot with marketing activities, including email campaigns, CRM management, and reporting.IT Services: Coordinating with IT contractors for technical website issues, troubleshooting, and development.Other Contractors: Any additional third-party vendors needed for marketing services, such as designers, printers, or videographers.Coordination of tasksTask coordination on Asana: Manage and track marketing activities, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows run smoothly.Weekly Team meetings: manage weekly team meeting with sales manager and directors as well as external digital contractorMarketing Campaign Reporting: Analyse performance metrics, track engagement, and optimise future campaigns based on data insights.So, why join us?We're a tight-knit team where everyone takes ownership of their role.
