About The Role
* Prepare Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, and catering platters.
* Assist in setting up the kitchen for the lunchtime rush.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure food safety.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
* Adhere to recipes and instructions with attention to detail.
About You
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Can prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Has previous experience in a café, kitchen, food service, or catering role (preferred but not essential)
* Is flexible to work during shopping centre hours, including weekends
* Has physical fitness for tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and moving quickly
* Has a valid licence and access to a car
