THE OPPORTUNITYDue to continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a passionate and experienced International Sales Manager to join our existing team, with proven experience developing export markets and building strong customer relationships.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Building and expanding customer relationships,maximising sales revenue in new and existing markets.
* Identifying new growth opportunities and driving the continued success of our export program.
* Improving and maintaining efficient reporting and analysis processes.
* Building and promoting robust, sustained customer; and strategic grower relationships.
* Partnering/liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the business and fresh produce industry.
* Setting competitive pricing whilst striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
* Propose and successfully pursue business opportunities.
* Monitor competition through market analysis to enhance sales.
* Understanding regulatory market compliance of diverse regions.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following attributes:

* Seasoned Knowledge; ideally 5+ years' experience as a successful sales representative within fresh produce.
* Established sales relationships and understanding of the international markets.
* Great Communicator; with excellent written and verbal English skills.
* Motivated and Responsive; you have an aptitude to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Ambitious; ready to meet and exceed sale expectations.
* Multi-tasker; you have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment by prioritising your tasks.
* Understanding fresh produce seasonality and subsequent operational needs.

Due to the nature of this role, applicants are welcome to be located anywhere in Australia.

We are a 7-day continuous operation and are looking to place the successful candidate in a flexible capacity. An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect your experience and your value offering to the business.
