The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a casual position, day shift 8.00am start. 2 days per week and also leave cover, Monday to Friday when available. As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. Role responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
