- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.

How you will be assessed
- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration (SFIA Code: ITMG 5, USUP 4; PBMG 5; CHMG 4)
- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in some of the following technology domains to analyse ICT system issues and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements. (SFIA Code: SYSP 4; TECH 4, HSIN 5)
- Windows Server technologies (2016, 2019)
- High level of proficiency with administrative scripting in languages such as PowerShell, PowerCLI
- Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services
- Desirable skills and experiences in following technologies:
- Enterprise DHCP Infrastructure
- Enterprise PKI Infrastructure
- Azure Active Directory and AAD Connect
- Strong end-to-end project delivery experience
