Key Responsibilities Campaign & Sales Management Coordinate end-to-end property launches, from pre-listing to settlement Prepare high-quality listing kits, presentations, and marketing materials Manage open home schedules, price updates, and follow-ups with buyers Diary & Workflow Mastery Maintain a meticulous calendar for the Director and Sales Agent Prepare weekly and daily agendas covering auctions, exchanges, settlements, and listings Anticipate workflow bottlenecks and proactively adjust schedules Client & Vendor Excellence Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, buyers, and suppliers Ensure seamless coordination of meetings, reports, and updates Represent the business with professionalism, polish, and authority Administration & Compliance Keep pipeline spreadsheets, stock lists, and appraisals updated Prepare material fact sheets, marketing documents, and settlement packs Assist with settlement preparations, client liaison, and post-inspection follow-ups About You You are proactive, precise, and professional. You: Have experience as an Executive Assistant or similar support role, ideally in real estate Hold a current Certificate of Registration (COR) Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise under pressure Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, vendors, and team members Take pride in delivering excellence and anticipating what needs to be done You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and love being at the centre of operations.
