Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role involves developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, implementing and managing new accounts through the hyper-care period, training new customers on our systems and processes, and providing excellent service levels while ensuring competitive pricing.

* Manage administrative functions for assigned accounts.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Account Management or Project Management within the logistics industry.
* A strong process focus, particularly in relationship management.
* A deep understanding of commercial drivers of business.
* Proven analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
* The ability to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find effective solutions.
* A relentless passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
