Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role involves developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, implementing and managing new accounts through the hyper-care period, training new customers on our systems and processes, and providing excellent service levels while ensuring competitive pricing.

Requirements

* Proven analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
* The ability to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find effective solutions.
