Job Title
A dynamic and seasoned Environment, Health and Safety professional is sought to join our national team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary group, you will play a pivotal role in helping our diverse range of clients navigate complex operational and regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a variety of engagements involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, audit and analytical frameworks, culture change and leadership to help clients succeed.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment underpinned by coaching and development, while applying technical expertise of health, safety and wellbeing to direct project teams on delivery of services.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally.
* Identify and communicate trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and marketplace.
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years of technical EHS experience in process safety, safety in design, dangerous goods, risk management, or health and safety management systems, with a strong grounding in risk management fundamentals, WHS legislation, and management systems.
* Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
* Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management, with the ability to travel intra and interstate as required.
