Job Overview
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will assist in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets, including Meribella Restaurant & Bar, Terrigal Beach House, In-Room Dining, and Conference & Events at our Terrigal Beach House Venue. You will help deliver innovative menus across various outlets, working both full-time and part-time roles.
Requirements
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience in kitchens or hospitality with current trade qualifications and at least two years as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
* Industry knowledge and understanding of role expectations
* Skills, experience, personality, and passion
