Our client is a rapidly growing, Private Equity backed, SaaS company that provides cloud-based safety, compliance and spatial mapping software.
They are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and channel customers. This is a strategic sales role focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through renewals, upsells, and new business development.
The role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is looking to make a measurable difference in a company that is scaling. The product has a strong value proposition, a growing customer base, and clear market demand.
Key Responsibilities
* Bring on new logos – must be a hunter
* Retain and grow existing customer accounts across Australia and New Zealand
* Lead the end-to-end renewal process and identify upsell opportunities
* Present solutions, respond to tenders, and close new business
* Maintain a high-quality pipeline and accurate CRM records
* Use the MEDDIC framework to qualify opportunities
* Contribute to account planning and execution strategy
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
About You
* 3+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B sales/account management
* Strong track record of hitting ARR growth and retention targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Experience managing both existing accounts and new business development
* Familiarity with MEDDIC and CRM best practices
* Commercially savvy and motivated by performance-based rewards
* Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
* High degree of integrity, humility, and agility
