This full-time position is based in Scoresby, Victoria and will see you working closely with the sales department to achieve our business objectives.What will be your key responsibilities?Customer Management: This includes all submission forms for customers, customer requests for product samples, test reports and images and content and any other trading requirements.Display Management: Coordination of the display creation process to ensure on time and in full delivery to customer.Retail.Com Coordination: Assist Account Managers in effective management of retail e-comm platforms liaising where necessary with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Coordination of Crayola Agents and Wholesalers, key contact point for Crayola representatives across ANZ to ensure new product and timings are communicated, product images and content, marketing plans and any other ad hoc requests.Organization of key sales meeting including, Agent briefing sessions, customer presentations and any other required meetings.Report & Pricing maintenance, ensuring Crayola pricelists are up to date and communicated to key stakeholders. Customer range lists are maintained and always up to date.Obsolete/ Excess inventory coordination to ensure that lists are maintained, specials are sent out to Agents and job lots are approved and communicated to customers.Communication with Key stakeholders: Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.Project Management: Coordinate Sales project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.General administrative assistance to the leadership team as requested.What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Crayola?We’re passionate about our mission to help parents and educators raise creatively alive kids.
