About the role
As a passionate and deeply curious consultant, you will have the desire to truly connect with both clients and candidates, be proactive in your approach to best practice and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Drawing on your experience recruiting for clients within the industrial and/or volume space, you will:
Execute 360 degree recruitment for blue collar, trades and volume roles
Identify and attract top talent, screen and interview candidates
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Managing a successful blue-collar desk and casual workforce
Supporting clients with workforce performance and absenteeism
Develop candidate relationships ensuring a positive experience
Building strong client relationships and conducting regular site visits
Driving business development activities to grow your desk
Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment systems (data integrity is a must)
About you
Bringing a fun, positive energy to our team, you'll be detail-oriented, organised and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment. With no two days the same, you'll be proactive and curious and unflustered in juggling competing priorities.
2–3 years' experience in high-volume industrial recruitment
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders
Consultative in stakeholder engagement with confidence in building and maintaining positive client relationships and influencing best practice outcomes
Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture
A systematic approach with strong attention to detail and database accuracy
Willingness to visit client sites regularly and build relationships face-to-face
Confidence with business development to drive the success of your desk and the overall business unit
