Job Summary
To effectively maintain a high standard of cleanliness and provide exceptional service in a clean environment, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Anticipate and promptly attend to guest needs and desires.
* Clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allotted timeframe.
* Replenish and manage guest supplies efficiently.
* Report maintenance requirements to the Supervisor immediately.
* Follow established Housekeeping policies and procedures set by the Executive Housekeeper.
* Maintain a professional appearance and notify the Housekeeping Office of unusual situations.
* Identify and report potential health and safety hazards to the Supervisor.
* Greet hotel guests with courtesy and respect.
* Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and information briefings.
* Adhere to operational policies and procedures outlined in the Team Handbook.
* Prioritize workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S).
* Provide assistance to other departments or outlets as required.
* Carry out duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisors.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be able to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for long periods. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
