Turner & Townsend is looking for a **change analyst** to support our global clients in driving their change journey by building awareness and managing change impacts successfully.
As the **change analyst**, you will be a valued member of our national consulting and advisory team. You will support our **Change Management** lead in delivering change management activities to our clients. The critical aspect of this role is to support our clients by undertaking change impact assessments and associated analysis to fully understand changes across people, processes, and technology. You will play a pivotal role in identifying barriers to adoption and formulating change plans in alignment with the overarching change strategy and roadmap.
**Job Description**:
The primary responsibility of this role is:
- Conduct change analysis and impact assessments using change methodologies (PROSCI or equivalent) to support change management activities.
- Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to prepare change strategies and change management plans.
- Develop and deliver effective change management plans and change reporting to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Turner & Townsend, our clients and other industry professionals.
- Assist our National Lead, when required, with change management service proposals, propositions, and capability statements.
Some experience you will need for this role is:
- Experience in change management, including proven knowledge and practical experience working with change management tools and methodologies.
- Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, facilitating, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to deliver value
- Strong written and oral communication, including the ability to deliver workshops and presentations to our clients.
- Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information to varying audiences.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including reviewing and interpreting data to create strategies, plans, reports, and process maps to achieve our clients' outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workload to achieve our client's timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum two to three years of relevant industry experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in organisational change management.
- Previous experience delivering change within a consulting environment
- Experience in market research activities including survey design, research methodologies and analysis
- Experience or knowledge of Human Centred Design
- Previous experience in leading workshops and delivering training
