The Role (Bridge between warehouse, sales, and operations)

This is an on-site role in our Silverwater warehouse/office. You’ll act as the vital link between the warehouse, sales/customer service team, and operations — ensuring that communication and processes run smoothly across all sides of the business.

What you’ll do

- Order coordination & communication
- Liaise between the warehouse and sales teams to manage order changes, urgent dispatches, and amendments.
- Communicate directly with customers via email or phone regarding address issues, returns, or order corrections.
- Keep both sales and operations updated on order progress and logistics issues.
- Returns & exchanges
- Receive and process customer returns that arrive via mail.
- Handle refunds, restocks, and exchanges in both Shopify and the inventory management system.
- Maintain clear records and follow company procedures for each return type.
- Stock & warehouse support
- Ensure incoming stock is correctly received by matching supplier invoices to our inventory system.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in product data or quantities.
- Print and apply labels for products missing barcodes.
- Prepare pickup orders for customers, ensuring they are complete and ready for collection upon arrival.
- Systems & processes
- Work efficiently across Shopify, inventory systems, and internal tools to maintain order accuracy.
- Assist with administrative updates in ERP/CRM systems to keep customer and product data consistent.
- Support operations in identifying process improvements and ensuring smooth daily flow between teams.

Must-have experience

- Minimum 1 year in operations, admin, logistics, or e-commerce support (essential)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce/inventory systems (essential)
- Robust communication and coordination skills — comfortable dealing with warehouse and customer-facing teams
- Confident using ERP or CRM systems and able to keep accurate records
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in solving operational issues
- Prior exposure to returns management or stock control is highly regarded

Hours, Pay & Location

Salary: $53,000–$65,000 + super (depending on experience)

Start: ASAP (we’ll work with your notice period)
