Personal Injury Case Manager - Fully Remote (National)

We have partnered with a well established client who are seeking experienced case managers to join their team nationally through remote working. The Role
- Support claimants through each stage of the claims process managing on a portfolio of 80 accident and health claims.
- Provide a proactive case management approach with a passion for all aspects of claims management.
- Handle the settlement of claims, including overseeing claims referred to external handlers for settlement.
- Build and maintain rapport with clients and brokers.
- Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes.

- Up to $90,000 + super + Bonus
About You
- An experienced case manager with ideally 2+ years of experience within A+H, Workers Compensation, Life Insurance or CTP; most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
- Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances.
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
- A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
