Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at the National Convention Centre. This role involves conducting routine repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out repairs and replacements of items throughout the Centre, ensuring that all facilities look great and function smoothly.
* Manage supplies effectively and ensure that all equipment is ready for the next day.
* Prioritise safety by following guidelines, reporting any incidents, hazardous conditions, or faulty equipment to your supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas, including the car park and plant rooms.
* Provide excellent customer service and be a welcoming presence to guests when needed.
